Thanks for visiting and shopping at Hibiscus Swimwear! Following are the term and conditions that constitute our shipping policy:
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping charges for your order are $10.95 for standard and $12.95 for express, or free standard shipping for all orders over $140.
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries and offer standard post and express post. While we always ship your order out quickly (within our stated processing time), please understand that once it's in the hands of Australia Post, the delivery time frame is out of our control.
Delivery times will vary based on your location and the current workloads of Australia Post. Choosing Express Post will reduce the handling time by Australia Post, but actual delivery time is still managed by them. We cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is with Australia Post.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
Damages
Hibiscus Swimwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us so that we can help file a claim with Australia Post.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
