  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase

  • Refunds are available for eligible purchases that meet our criteria.

  • Items must be in original, unopened condition with all tags and packaging intact

 Physical Products:

  •  Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Products must be unused and in resalable condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Damaged or worn items may not be eligible for full refunds 

  • Items marked as final sale

 Processing Time
